How can I save a route for offline use?

On iPhone:

  • Open the app on your mobile device.
  • Find the route that you want to save for offline use.
  • Tap on the heart icon to save that route.
  • You will now be able to find that route in the My Routes list.

On Android: 

  • Open the app on your mobile device.
  • Find the route that you want to save for offline use.
  • Tap on the download icon to save that route.

    Pretty simple—just save the route before you go offline. On iPhone tap the (favorite), and on Android hit the download icon. Then you’ll find it in “My Routes” and it’ll work without data.

    It might also be worth mentioning whether the route stays available offline indefinitely or if it needs to be refreshed after a certain time. That would help avoid confusion before heading out where there's no signal.
